Ceramic Coatings

Every detail matters.

Ceramic Coatings

What is a Ceramic Coating?

-A Ceramic Coating is a liquid polymer that is applied by hand to the exterior of a vehicle. The coating chemically bonds with the vehicle’s factory paint, creating a layer of protection.

Is ceramic coating good for your car?

-A ceramic coating is better than any sealant or wax. It will provide years of protection while enhancing the gloss and keeping your car cleaner longer by providing self cleaning qualities.

The difference?

-Most sealants and waxes sit on top of the paint as a sacrificial layer that breaks down pretty quickly, some are not chemical resistant, and only offer short term protection considering they don’t chemically bond with the paint.

*A common misconception is you have to get a full paint correction or paint enhancement before coating. For severely damaged, scratched, and marred vehicles this can be true.
For the most part ceramic coatings are based on vehicle prep. This is the reason coatings include full exterior details(paint decontamination, clay bar, extensive wash, etc) followed by a dedicated wax, oil, and sealant remover to insure a coating to vehicle bond instead of coating to wax or sealant.

*The reason most ceramic coating services are offered with paint correction / enhancement services is to give your vehicle that extra pop. Which means a like mirror finish by reducing the amount of scratches to little to none. Paint enhancement reduces these scratches in most cases up to 70%-80% still giving a like new effect. Both paint correction / enhancement add more gloss, depth, and clearer paint.
Although paint enhancement is not required this helps you get the best bang for your buck.

*Upon inspection paint enhancement package may be recommended.

*This service inlcudes a full exterior detail.

Up to 2+ years of protection.

*Must be scheduled 1-1.5 week in advance.
*Vehicle inspection required prior to scheduling appointment.
