This form is an agreement to letting Clean Dreams Car Care take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all videos and / or photos taken of me or my car to be used in and/or for any lawful purpose.

Service Notes
♦Prices are starting prices, they vary on vehicle condition.
♦Not all stains are completely removable, depends on severity, type, and how long the stain has been present.
♦Excessive cleaning fee(if applicable) of $25-$80+ will be determined upon vehicle inspection for large amounts of dog hair, vomit, heavy stains, very bad exteriors, and interiors etc if not already discussed.
♦If you live in an apartment or similar please be able to provide a power outlet unless you’re only getting an exterior service.
♦For Military, Law Enforcement, and EMS please call, text or email for pricing.

♦For jobs equaling $500 or more there is a 15% deposit required before appointment.
